A Client/Bookie form will be emailed to you for completion and signature. You must also provide identification confirming you are over 18, sent to Brendan via email or text.  Once the completed form is returned and funds deposited Your good to commence betting.

Verified clients place bets by calling our RV‑approved number 03 9214 0114. Otherwise, the ClearyBet team operates in person at all Victorian metropolitan racetracks so bets can be placed on track in person, these tracks include Flemington, Caulfield, and Sandown. On other selected days and Public Holidays, we operate from our Racing Office so bets can be made by calling 03 9214 0114.

ClearyBet uses OSKO, enabling near real‑time withdrawals. Once your request is received and credit is confirmed, funds are transferred immediately.

Yes, betting statements are emailed to clients on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings.

The majority of ClearyBet customers transact on a pre‑paid basis. Clients approved for credit betting are subject to a fixed settlement schedule, with all weekend wagering activity required to be settled each Monday 

Bet acceptance limits are determined by the timing of the bet and the classification of the race. ClearyBet has previously accepted wagers on feature races to win up to $100,000. For standard Saturday racing, the typical maximum bet permitted is to win $20,000.
